Building Program Information
Phase I - The exterior of the Narthex and east class room wing will be completed but only the Narthex interior finishes (excluding church office area) will be completed to be used as our worship area. As shown on the site drawings the property landscaping including all parking will be completed from the back (south side) of the building north to 27th street.
Phase II - Consist of completing the exterior of the west class room wing and Gym along with all the interior finishes. In addition, the back property landscaping will be completed, underground irrigation installed and ball fields etc. completed. At the conclusion of this phase, the facility will be ready to begin school operations.
