What is the Fall Frolic and Foot Race?: Each year, on a crisp autumn day, the entire community is invited to Join Bethlehem Lutheran School for a 1-mile fun run, 5K, or 10K race. In 2004 we also added family activities including fun, food, and entertainment. The Fall Frolic and Foot Race is the main fundraiser for Bethlehem. The event started in 2000. A group of parents, teachers, and school supporters worked hard to get the idea off the ground and now it is an annual community event.

Purpose of the Fall Frolic and Foot Race:

The Fall Frolic and Foot Race is held every year to generate funding for Bethlehem Lutheran School. The funding is used for daily operating expenses and the promotion of the school to the Tri-Cities community.

The Fall Frolic and Foot Race is the main fund raiser for the school. The school uses the fund raiser to meet it's yearly commitment of $15,000 contribution to the budget of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and School.

How is the money raised?: Money is raised through corporate sponsorships, student collection of pledges, and race registrations. Bethlehem also takes advantage of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans Matching Funds program.

Fall Frolic Spaghetti Dinner:
Friday, October 12th the Bethlehem 8^th grades will be serving a spaghetti dinner at Bethlehem Lutheran School from 5:30-7:30 pm located at 1409 S. Garfield in Kennewick, WA. Runners pick-up your packets and load up on carbs all at the same time. All proceeds will go to the 8^th grade annual Washington DC trip fund.

Race Day:
Saturday, October 13^th is RACE DAY and so much more. After the race there will be food and entertainment. Plenty of activities for the kids and the kid at heart.

Cost:
$16.00 per runner
(includes a free Fall Frolic & Foot Race t-shirt if registered before Oct 3rd)

Friday, October 12th runner race packets will be available for pick-up between 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Bethlehem Lutheran School located at 1409 S Garfield in Kennewick, WA.

Saturday, October 13th -RACE DAY- packet pick-up and late registration from 7:00am – 9:00am in Columbia Park near the Lampson Pit area.


Runner registration deadline is Tuesday, October 3rd to guarantee a Fall Frolic t-shirt.
Runners may register up to the day of the race, however t-shirts will be limited to size and quantity on hand.
